19800 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the 19800 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1Terms Acceptance
By registering for or using any part of the 19800 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 19800 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users who are below the minimum age stipulated under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.
2Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 19800 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. 19800 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for an added layer of protection.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 19800 platform users are required to comply with the rules set out below and to conduct themselves responsibly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the system.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
- Abusing promotions or offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose and stated conditions.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of other users.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated winnings, and legal action where warranted. 19800 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity without prior notice to the user.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 19800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts are subject to set limits and may change in accordance with current policies.
For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit. 19800 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds a specified threshold.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and five business days. 19800 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Any transaction-related enquiries must be submitted within thirty days of the transaction date.
Funds held in your 19800 account do not earn interest and are not protected by any deposit protection scheme from any financial institution.
5Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
19800 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.
All content, designs, software, trademarks, and assets on the 19800 platform are the exclusive property of 19800 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any part of such content without prior written consent from 19800.
The 19800 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. 19800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing such websites is entirely at your own risk.
6Amendments to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law
19800 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Regarding account suspension or closure, 19800 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, the user's own request, or instruction from a relevant authority. In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the necessary investigation is complete, unless there are legitimate grounds to withhold it.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
